Getting Started with Klynto
Welcome to Klynto 👋
This guide will help you set up your workspace and understand the fundamentals.
Step 1: Create Your Organization
After signing up:
- Enter your business name
- Set up your workspace
- Invite team members
- Assign roles if needed
Each organization has isolated data and settings.
Step 2: Add Your First Product
Products are the foundation of inventory and orders.
To create a product:
- Go to Products
- Click New Product
- Fill in:
- Name
- Pricing
- Status
- Inventory details
- Add variants if needed
- Save
Products automatically integrate with inventory tracking.
Step 3: Add Suppliers
Suppliers are required for procurement.
- Go to Suppliers
- Add supplier details
- Save
You can now create Purchase Orders connected to suppliers.
Step 4: Create a Purchase Order
- Go to Purchase Orders
- Select a supplier
- Add products
- Save the order
- Mark as received when stock arrives
Inventory updates automatically once received.
Step 5: Review Inventory
Go to Inventory to:
- Monitor stock levels
- Adjust quantities
- Track movements
