You move to the permanent free tier. Your 2 menus, 3 table spaces, 5 QR codes, daily AI digest, basic order view, and mobile app stay active forever. POS, billing, finance, and reports lock until you upgrade. Your data is never deleted.

Yes. You can switch at any time from Settings → Billing. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, the remaining days are credited.

Yes. All NPR prices (Rs 999, Rs 1,699, Rs 4,999) are VAT-inclusive. 13% VAT is already included. You will receive a proper VAT invoice for every payment via Khalti.

USD customers pay via Stripe (all major cards). Nepal customers pay via Khalti (Khalti wallet, eSewa, mobile banking, SCT cards).
