This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Indiehyve Pvt. Ltd. (“Indiehyve,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses on Klynto, what each one is for, and how you can control them. Every name below is one you can find in your own browser.
Essential cookies are strictly necessary for Klynto to function. They enable core features such as secure login, session management, and protection against cross-site attacks. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service — doing so would prevent the platform from working correctly.

We use PostHog to understand how users interact with Klynto — which features are used, where users encounter friction, and how the product can be improved. PostHog collects anonymized usage data and aggregates it for our analytics dashboard. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
PostHog is configured to respect user privacy. We have disabled IP address collection where possible and do not enable session recordings unless explicitly testing a specific flow internally.

PostHog's data practices are governed by the PostHog Privacy Policy.
Klynto remembers a few of your choices in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. The difference is worth stating: these values stay on your device and are never attached to requests we receive, so they are not something we can read from our side. Clearing your site data removes them, and nothing breaks — the defaults come back.

Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe, or through Khalti for customers paying in Nepal. Both are separate companies, and when you are taken to their checkout they may set their own cookies or use browser storage to keep the payment session secure and to detect fraud. Those are strictly necessary for the payment to work and cannot be switched off while paying.
Their use is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy and the Khalti Privacy Policy.
Klynto has no social sign-in. Accounts are created with an email address, verified by a one-time code or a password you set, so no third-party authentication provider sets anything in your browser on our behalf.
We do not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies. We do not place pixels or tags for ad networks, retargeting platforms, or social media advertising. Klynto does not track your activity across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
